Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lurid Memory. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining quality control and secure packaging.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new releases, limited drops, or high order volume, processing time may take up to 5 business days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email when your order has shipped (with tracking).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight/size.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.


Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking.
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees, and

  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs (if applicable)


Lost / Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package is missing:

  • check with your local carrier

  • check around your delivery location

  • contact your local post office / carrier support

We will do our best to assist you with filing a claim where possible.


Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If your package is returned to us due to:

  • failed delivery attempts

  • incorrect address

  • refusal

We can either:

  1. reship the order (customer pays reshipping), or

  2. refund the order minus shipping costs


International Orders (if you ship internationally)

International customers may be responsible for:

  • customs fees

  • duties

  • taxes / import charges

These fees are not controlled by us and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
